Good Morning,
When did you last stop and think about what went well yesterday, instead of everything you didn't get done?
In this episode I talk about the concept of three good things, a simple habit from positive psychology that helps you notice the good bits of your day and start the morning on a good note.
This week's one thing: each morning, write down three good things from the day before and why each one happened. They don't need to be big. A nice chat, a hot cup of tea or Corrie being good last night. It all counts.

Good Morning,
Have you ever woken up with a clear head after a good night's sleep and thought, why can't I feel like this every day?
In this little episode I chat about how the way we spend our evening has a lot to do with how we feel the next morning. I share my own nothing-fancy evening (a Diet Coke and a Coronation Street catch-up) and one simple thing to try this week.
This week's one thing: pick one evening, make it alcohol-free and make it lovely. Then the next morning, before you pick up your phone, notice how you slept, how your head feels and how much energy you have.
Free 5-day challenge: starts Monday 26 October in our free Facebook group. It's all about feeling good, with nutrition, sleep and a positive mindset.

What if changing your relationship with wine isn't about giving something up, but making room for something better?
In this Friday episode of Wellness Without Wine, Deirdre Coyne explores how the way we think about change can shape our experience of it.
Instead of focusing on what you might miss, what if you started thinking about what you'd love to gain? More energy, more enjoyable weekends, better mornings, or simply more time for the things that matter to you.
Discover a simple question to help you rethink your weekend and start creating a life you genuinely look forward to.
Your weekend reflection: If you weren't thinking about what you had to give up, what would you choose to make room for instead?
Wellness Without Wine — a fresh perspective on alcohol, mindset and your next chapter.
Have you ever reached the end of a busy day and thought, “I just need a glass of wine”?
In this first Wellness Without Wine podshot, Deirdre Coyne explores why wine can become our automatic way to switch off, the psychology behind familiar habits, and how to begin understanding what we're really looking for when we reach for a drink.
Discover a simple reflection exercise to help you recognise your triggers, identify your needs and consider alternative ways to unwind.
This isn't about judgement or perfection. It's about curiosity, self-understanding and discovering new possibilities.
Your takeaway: This week, notice what you're looking for when you want a drink. What are you feeling, what do you need, and what else might help?

Expect honest conversations, bite-sized podshots, practical reflections and deeper dives into the psychology of change.
This isn't about judgement or perfection. It's about curiosity, self-understanding and discovering what life could look like when you start putting your own wellbeing first.
