1) Pray more.

2) People don't care what you know until they know that you care.

3) It's not a presentation, it's a conversation.

4) It's ok to say "I don't know...let me get back to you."

5) Sow widely

6) It's possible to win people to you and not win them to Christ.

7) Be just as intentional about discipling a new believer as pursuing an interested unbeliever.

8) This is hardest area of ministry to lead others in.

9) Secret to evangelism is overcoming fear.
