Immerse yourself in a captivating collection of Welsh fairy tales, lovingly gathered during my time in Anglesea in the winter of 1891-92. With the exception of one French tale, these enchanting stories were shared with me directly, and I transcribed them as they were told, preserving their original charm and essence. My goal was to maintain the authenticity of each tale, allowing readers to experience the magic as it was meant to be told. P. H. Emerson, April 1894.
