In the region of Ontario, Canada, there exists an urban legend that always manages to find its way into the heads of many whenever they think about it. A legend of a monster storyteller who would recount gruesome, horrible stories to anyone who would be brave enough to listen.

But what if I told you that the legend of Wendigo Studios is real?

After a long day or night of hunting, the Hunter returns to his shack to skin and cook his next prey to provide food for himself, the two children trapped in his basement and his secret employers. However, upon reaching his captives' prison, he realizes that they've broken out. That's not the only surprise, when the Hunter heads into his dining room, his former family is found ripped to shreds. In an instant, he realizes what happened to the children and what they transformed into.

Where am I? I don’t know, but I need to get out of here.

So I do, I get up from my lumpy bed, flashlight in hand and run for the exit.

However I’m not safe, as I make my way through the Maw, a hole breaks in the floor causing me to fall through.

In her private quarters, the Lady sits in silence...until something disturbs it.

After escaping Six's prison by brute force, Mono and Six explore the Hunter's cabin, finding the stuffed remains of the Hunter's family. Driven by their hunger, both children dig their teeth in and start their first proper human meal. While they do this, Six starts to catch feelings for Mono.

After being captured by the Hunter during their attempted escape from his cabin. Six and Mono are thrown back into Six's prison and starved for several days, slowly losing their hope of escaping with each passing second. During their possible last moments of life, the two children are given an odd piece of meat that not only saves their lives but transforms their lives forever.
