Today I thought about how we're all just children in adult bodies. When we realize that we are operating off of the basic childhood premise of longing to be seen and heard we recognize that everyone else is operating off of the same tenet. No one is intentionally out to trigger another individual, on a deep level. The same kindness we give to a baby or toddler is the same kindness we can give to ourselves and others.
