After a week away, it's time for Episode 44. Today's episode  starts off with a typical Lindsey story for laughs (hopefully), but then talks all about chaos and overwhelm. From there, we go in to an analogy for life about how we're all broken shells and why that's actually really beautiful. Parts of us are perfect, parts of us are rough, and parts of us are always going to be a work in progress. We're scattered bits of who we are all over the place. A little crazy? Maybe.
