The SEEK Safely Podcast is back for a 2nd season!

Life’s been busy! Feedback for the podcast has been so encouraging, and we’re happy to be back! We’ve got some exciting discussions for you.

On this first episode, we touch base with what’s been happening in the self-help world in the last few months, what has come out of the first season for us, and what we hope to achieve with our second season. 

Some highlights of the upcoming season: 

• we’ll talk recurring themes in self-help, like the Law of Attraction
• we’ll meet our newest board member, Dr. Christine Whalen
• we’ll look into the history of self-help and talk about how this legacy influences the industry as we see it today
• we’ll look at the phenomenon of self-help sliding into other areas, like politics, fitness, health

We say it right in the show’s intro: our primary goal is to empower seekers to have safe and rewarding self-help experiences. We do this by examining what is going on in this industry–shady stuff to be aware of, pitfalls to avoid, and how to find the best resources for YOU. We are excited to keep this momentum going!
