This is the first episode of the year for the MindSets Podcast, and we’re coming in hot with announcements, ambition, and a completely reasonable goal of getting ourselves onto the podcast Mount Rushmore. From there, we roll into the new episode structure and Grind My Gears, unpacking festive-period frustrations, post-Christmas reality checks, and influencers pushing wildly unrealistic New Year goals purely for likes, validation, and vibes (rather than anything remotely useful).
