We start off our 1st anniversary podcast discussing Owen Nolan's retirement. Then move onto the NHL as a whole discussing standings, trade deadline rumors and more. We ask who the Sharks might be after and what it may take to make an acquisition before the trade deadline. Then we quickly recap the last three games before looking ahead to the long road trip and packed March coming up.

The New Year has not been kind to our run times as we bring another big one at you talking about the 2013 Winter Classic, the turmoil in Montreal, Ovechkin's suspension and how it plays into the All-Star Game. Then we go in depth on the Sharks looking at each game since our last podcast and noticing the patterns that have sprung up during the past two weeks.

In our first podcast of the 2012, we talk about the realignment that will no longer happen. We look around the league at the state of the NHL at the midway point of the season. We bash the All Star game a little bit, then take a look back at the Winter Classic and look at its possible future as the Sharks may play Detroit next year. If that happens what might a Sharks alumni team look like? That helps us jump back to the present and take a look at how the Sharks have been playing recently. Then one more look ahead to the Sharks upcoming schedule.

We talk about some coaching changes, Quebec insanity, The Winter Classic (specifically 24/7 on HBO) and concussions. Then we turn our attention to the Sharks woes away from home, the amazing start to the homestand, dead ducks on the ice and looking forward to the Canucks games tonight as well as Monday.
