- 1oz chilled tsipouro or ouzo (or sambuca or whatever anise-y liqueur you have around)
- 1/2oz chilled cinnamon simple syrup
- 1/2oz fresh strained lemon juice
- chilled sparkling rosé
Add tsipouro, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a tumbler and shake to combine; pour into a champagne flute and fill with sparkling rosé. Enjoy!
