We're Quite Right

Well this was a tangent episode. Hope you all like a deep dive of the best basketball players to have played at Jesuit schools, because we talked about em all. We also talked about Max Holloway's masterpiece and the upcoming UFC 257 main event. Lastly, happy birthday to the one and only Mac Miller.

The realest episode yet. After the customary sports references to start, we dive in deeper than ever before, from talking about our memory of the Boston Marathon bombing's relationship to the 2013 Red Sox before have a long discussion about the storming of the Capitol and race relations both now and through history from the lens of two different backgrounds.

Some light sports talk to open as usual, but then Reese and Ivan dig into some deeper topics such as being destined for greatness or the opposite, New Years resolutions and why it's not a good method for self improvement, among other topics. Lastly we send all our love to Andre Young aka Dr. Dre for a speedy recovery!

Reese and Ivan break down the top most interesting what ifs for NBA players in history and narrow it down to a single squad. Our team is winning multiple championships and we won't hear otherwise.

This week Reese and Ivan dove into a sports centric discussion as per usual, ranging from the long overdue inclusion of Negro League statistics being recognized by MLB, to West Virginia University's bizarre NCAA Championship history, to random thoughts to kickoff the 2020/21 NBA Season. They also discussed some future thoughts for what could be coming down the line for the pod.
