We forget that a world can actually exist outside of what has become so normal. For example, at times we might even forget what it was like pre-Covid, or for my kids, a world before Amazon, Netflix or FaceBook! Now the same thing can apply to stress, anxiety and even shame & embarrassment. We didn't always treat shame and embarrassment the same way.
