In this installment, the pair are joined by Wesley Reynolds, owner of Vigilance Martial Arts in Fairview, TN; home of Profectus Jiu-Jitsu Fairview.  Wes is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and has a background in music.  The trio talk about how to build a good kid's program and just general advice for coaching kids.  They also tackle the differences/similarities between Tae Kwon Do and Jiu-Jitsu schools concerning belts, structure, and discipline.  They also watch a kid's MMA match and react.  Great episode with a great guy!
