West Coast IPA - it used to get beer drinkers talking because they were shocked by it's bold personality. Today, it gets people talking because so few places are making them, and some of the ones that are making soft, hazy versions of the style that just AREN'T West Coast IPAs. I crack open a new one from MadTree to see if they've done it justice. I talked about breweries here in town that are ten years old... and way older and a drink something from Shaq that is in cardboard.
