The Lords Prayer, sometimes known as the Our Father, is the one example Jesus provides for his disciples to follow when they pray. It is not the only prayer we pray, but it is the prayer that sets the tone for all the others.

Many times Jesus is described as going to a deserted place to pray. He taught his disciples a prayer that we still pray today; and he gave them instruction on how to pray without making a show of it. Arent we, as Jesus followers supposed to follow his lead on this?

Love is a policy, not a feeling. It is the way we choose to treat other people no matter how we feel about them. We learned this kind of love from God, who loved us before we did anything to be lovable and continues to love us even when we are unlovable.
