Romeo and Julep Recipe:

- 2 oz bourbon

- 1 oz strawberry rose simple syrup

- 3.5 oz prosecco

- Fresh mint sprigs

Muddle mint and syrup together in your shaker. Add bourbon and ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into your cup and top with prosecco. Add fresh mint to garnish.
