In this episode we sit down with Mr. Charles Casuscelli of the Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (WSROC) and talk about what the organisation does for the region, who he is, and what exciting projects coming up in the area.
WSROC (“WesRoc”) is the largest organisation of Council’s in NSW founded in 1973 to support the people and councils of Western Sydney. And to give a voice to its people and the region.
I wasn’t aware, but “WesRoc" has been involved in some substantial projects, including:
The campaign to create University of Western Sydney back in 1980’s
Lobbying to have a Minister for Western Sydney in the NSW Government
Fast-tracking of the M7 Motorway in the early 2000’sIf you would like to see more about WSROC: www.wsroc.com.au
