Advent week 1: Hope

What is biblical hope? How can we have it? How will it change our life?

There will be a day when Jesus returns and when He does everything will be changed. How will He fulfill His kingdom?

How does the kingdom grow? What is our responsiblity in making sure it grows?

Everything we do makes a value statement about what is important to us. Do we have the right priorities? What does it mean to seek first the kingdom of God?

When you hear the phrase “kingdom of God”, what comes to your mind? When did it start or did it start yet?

It is important to understand that the Holy Spirit is God, and we need to know His role with unbelievers and believers

Wherever God sends us is where God calls us to make disciples

Being a Christian means that we will show hospitality to others, especially believers. It is commanded and it is evidence of our relationship with Jesus. How we treat other believers is how we treat Jesus

Paul tells us that we have been given the mind of Christ in Philippians 2. What does that mean? How can we live it out daily?
