What if you were standing on the edge of something big-- something really big-- and you missed it? Actually, what if we are missing a lot of big opportunities because we are focusing on the wrong priorities?

Pastor Noah looks 1 Chronicles 29:10-13 to learn about King David's prayer and the Christian history of ending The Lord's Prayer with "For yours in the Kingdom, the power, the glory, forever. Amen." If we were to start looking at our lives through this lens and praying with the type of faith represented in this line of the prayer, we might not miss when God walks by right in front of us-- which is what happened on Palm Sunday so many years ago.

We need protection, but we also need the testing that will grow us. But those are the very things that Satan and our own sin will use to tempt us toward evil. 
Looking at Matthew 6:13, Pastor Noah Tyler explains our cry out to God for protection against what we can't handle in this world. We need to ask for protection that leads to our perfection.

Forgiveness is important enough that Jesus wanted us to include in the way we pray. A lack of forgiveness is like a flesh-eating bacteria we store away in our hearts. Why is it difficult to talk to God sometimes? How are we supposed to relate to God? Jesus invites us to see God as our Father, and if we do-- we will want to see His name hallowed in all the world.

The most rewarding relationships you have are rewarding because you trust the other person enough to be yourself. Yet, in our relationship with God, how often do we struggle to be real? Many of us go through the motions and are either performing or forcing our religious actions, when the reward is found by coming to God in honest, humble faith.
