Love is a commitment- not a feeling. This God who we love and serve first loved us. He showed and demonstrated this love to bring us into a relationship with Himself. God made the first move in this relationship and made Himself vulnerable. Do you love Him? Do I love who He loves? Love them because of Him, knowing it pleases Him? We have been given a glory to do the honour of this love.

Like a vine hanging onto the trellis, we need to hang onto God’s guidelines so we can live a fruitful life. God prunes us because he disciplines us like a loving father and so we can produce more fruit.

There is life and peace when we think according to the spirit. If you maintain a Christ like mindset, even when you are going through trials it will not affect your thinking. If we have the mindset of Christ we know that we are above and not below- we are set apart.

Land gives us the opportunity to grow and to graze. What I sow I will reap. Seed is only as good as the ground it is cultivated on. Is there anything in my heart that needs to be dug up?

Obedience opens heaven. Favour is not something you demand from God- it is something God gives you. I can only be a life giver if I’m living the life. Am I beholding a transformation in my life from a glory which is passing into to an incorruptible glory that will never fade away?
