God needs believers in places of influence. God is able to put knowledge and skills in you so you stand out above the crowd. The question is are we honoring Him? God will put you in places of influence where you have an impact in the culture and people’s lives.

There are times and seasons in our lives that can feel hopeless. Moments where it seems like we're not going to make it through. But, it's in those moments that test our trust in God. And He is always wanting to show up for us in those times. He is our provider. Not just when times are tough, but when the pressure is on. He is the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. No matter the season, God provides.

Sometimes the place that God puts us in isn’t forever. Like Elijah, sometimes our brook of provision dries up. But God never leaves us to live in lack. He’s our provider and He has a place of provision for us. The question is, are we following where He’s leading us? Are we taking time to hear His voice?

The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus came to bring life and life more abundantly. But, the way the kingdom of darkness robs people of purpose and hope, kills their potential and desire, and ultimately brings destruction in life is primarily through the ungodly currents of culture. How do we recognize what is of God and what isn’t? Today, we talk about truth and the underlying agenda of the kingdom of darkness in our culture.

Walking in the Fear of the Lord is one of the hallmarks of a person following after God. Choosing to live in the Fear of the Lord does pose challenges against our will, ego, and agenda at times. But, there are many benefits that Scripture talks about if we choose to embrace and embody the Fear of the Lord.

God calls us to be holy as He is holy. But being holy and "appearing holy" are not always the same thing. Just because we look like we’re living for God in our public life doesn’t mean we are living for Him in our private life. Yet, scripture says, “We must all appear and be revealed as we are before the judgment seat of Christ.” (2 Corinthians 5:10 AMPC) Who are we becoming in our private lives?
