Hey eveyone, welcome to another episode of the Wet Boots Podcast, where I talk to people in the military and get a chance to hear their story.
This week we have former Civil Affairs Medic Ashley Powell. Ashley got out of the Army not too long ago and found her passion by restoring houses and selling them, while also being a part time paramedic. On the Wet Boots Podcast Ashley talks about her time working in an Army hospital, her time as a Civil Affairs Medic, and a misunderstanding during deployment involving a puppy search and an interesting run in with a foreign military commander.

Hey everyone welcome to another episode of the Wet Boots Podcast where I talk to people who are or have been in the military and get a chance to hear their story .
My guest on this weeks episode is MAJ Neil Smythe, an Army officer unlike any other. He's cool, smooth, funny and one of the best officers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. What sets him apart is his swagger his smooth talking and the fact that he has been able to stay true to himself and others as he has gone through the ranks.
He talks about his early days as a rambunctious Specialist, deployments as a fresh Lieutenant, and much more on Part One. We hope you enjoy this episode and had as much fun listening as we had making it.

This week Lee Antreas joins us on the Wet Boots podcast to tell his story of how he went from being a fourth-grade teacher to just recently changing out as a First Sergeant in the Army. Lee is also known as the Photographer of Fort Bragg / Liberty as he always takes fantastic pictures of soldiers training, sporting events, or photoshoots in the gym. He also tells us about his multiple deployments, making friends with a Tarantula, and we do a little Q&A towards the end to get to know him a little more as a leader.

Today we have my best friend in the whole wide world Travis Brooks. Travis tells us some WILD stories of his time in the Basic Training, AIT and in his first unit in National Guard both in and out of uniform.
Travis also talks about Don't Ask Don't Tell policy and how he overcame it by being resilient, and what it was like being a gay man in the Army during those times. This episode was an absolute rollercoaster.
