School is back in session down in Stoughton and Starbucks is ready to take over the coffee scene there. Can a lingonberry latte be far off? Lefse wraps? Plus Skip notes some of the new construction here in Madison and they jointly complain that State Street ain't what it used to be.

This leads smoothly(?!) into a mini-exegesis on Madison's best dive bars.
