TJ and Jay take a trip to Beverly Hills to discuss the romantic comedy classic "Pretty Woman." "Pretty Woman" was released in the spring of 1990 and is still the highest grossing Disney R-rated movie due in no small part to the chemistry between its stars Richard Gere and Julia Roberts.

The guys will help you revisit the iconic film that saw Edward Lewis and Vivian Ward fall in love amidst the backdrop of a billion-dollar business deal intertwined with Rodeo Drive, Lotus Esprits, private jets and the San Francisco Opera.

They'll give you their thoughts on the movie mixed in with trivia and fun facts ranging from: who could have been cast in these now-legendary roles to the movie's original title and ending.

T.J. and Jay welcome Entertainment Weekly movie critic Chris Nashawaty, author of “Caddyshack: The Making of a Hollywood Cinderella Story.” The 1980 ‘slobs vs snobs’ comedy classic stars Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Murray, Ted Knight and Michael O’Keefe. While the on-screen product is beloved by movie and sports fans alike, the behind the scenes stories in the new book may be even better! Listen as the guys discuss one of their favorite and most quotable movies! On our newest edition of "We've Seen That!" hosts Jay Betsill and T.J. Rives are back and talking about one of the most successful box office and movie soundtracks in history, the 1992 dramatic thriller "The Bodyguard." It stars Kevin Costner, as the man assigned to protect music star/actress "Rachel Maren," who's receiving death threts and is played by Whitney Houston. It was Houston's on screen acting debut, and T.J. and Jay not only discuss the on-air chemistry between the two and development of the story. Also, Jay shares some great personal encounters with Costner and has other great facts and info around the smash hit that made over $450 million worldwide. As usual, get the trivia about this film that our guys always deliver and take part in a great discussion on Kevin Costner's top roles, too. Time to re-live "The Bodyguard."

"On the latest edition of our digital movie review show. T.J. and Jay talk about one of their favorites and one of the iconic movies of the 1980's, 'The Breakfast Club.' It's the 33rd anniversary in February of the release of the film with five students from different backgrounds spending a Saturday together in detention at Shermer High School. The guys discuss the John Hughes classic that made stars out of Judd Nelson, Emilio Estevez, Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall and Ally Sheedy and introduced the world to phrases like 'Neo Maxie Zoom Dweebie'. And as usual, they add their insight, unique stories and some trivia, too. 'Does Barry Manilow know you raid his wardrobe?' Check us out!"

T.J. and Jay discuss "Miracle"  the true story of coach Herb Brooks and his 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team's path to victory over the  seemingly invincible Soviet Union team.

"Miracle" stars Kurt Russell, Patricia Clarkson and Noah Emmerich and was released on February 6, 2004.

 

The guys welcome special guest Tampa Bay Lightning Director of Radio Programming Matt Sammon to discuss the 1980 U.S. Men's Hockey team's magical run to gold and what it meant to the country and the sport of hockey. They also dive into the 1981 made-for-TV film "Miracle on Ice" that starred Karl Malden as Herb Brooks and the differences between the two productions.

T.J. and Jay welcome special guest, Texas Motor Speedway president Eddie Gossage to discuss the Tom Cruise film “Days of Thunder.” The 1990 hit reunites the team behind “Top Gun” as star Cruise, director Tony Scott and producers Jerry Bruckheimer and Don Simpson take fans behind the scenes of the NASCAR world in the story of Cole Trickle and his crew chief Harry Hogge and their quest to win the Daytona 500.

“The Fugitive” starring Harrison Ford and Academy Award winner Tommy Lee Jones is the focus of this week’s episode. The guys break down the blockbuster hit involving wrongfully convicted Dr. Richard Kimble (Ford) who escaped on his way to prison and is now searching for the one-armed man who murdered his wife while U.S. marshal Samuel Gerard (Jones) and his crew is hot on Kimble’s trail in the city of Chicago. Find out who was the original choice to portray Kimble,  how many times this story has been made as a television series and more.
