"The Rundown"  started off hour four where Nick and Josh reacted to clips from the Gregg Rosenthal and David Chao interviews. The guys closed the show with their segment "Jp's Top 5" where Josh gives his top five college teams of the week.

NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal joined the show to give his thought on Ian Thomas performance and stepping up. Next, Host of CBS's "Off The Bench" Danny Kannell stopped by to talk some college football and give his thoughts on UNC, Wake Forest and the rest of the ACC.

In the second hour, Nick and Josh talked about Duke, the Daniel Jones injury, and debated the good and the bad in the ACC. Next, we heard the segment "One's Gotta Go" where the guys chose between three or four things and got rid of one of them.
