Hour 1 of Tuesday's show was headlined by Pro Football Talk's Darin Gantt. Gantt discussed the importance of having a quarterback that knows "the system," noting that Derek Anderson played longer than he should have because of his knowledge of the Panthers offense. Gantt goes on to say that most fans are unaware of Taylor Heinicke's experience with Norv Turner, and that his understanding of Turner's "system" makes him so valuable to the offense.
