After a week that saw the station go off the air for almost a half hour during Geezer Radio, would this week be any different? 

"The One When the Station Died"... we feel like naming these episodes of Geezer Radio like they used to do on the TV show Friends. As anything that gets older, things start to break down and that is the case with College Radio. Geezer Radio was delayed for about an half hour (why this week's episode is only a little over 90 minutes long) as our system was restarting. But fear not, Geezer Radio was still on the air. Take a listen!

This two-hour show is part of World College Radio Day 2021. College Radio Day's theme this year is "Resilient Radio". On Friday, October 1, hundreds of college radio stations around the world will come together to celebrate the unique medium of college radio. WGCC has been proud to be part of College Radio Day since its debut 11 years ago. Take a listen to the College Radio Day 2021 Program! 

This episode of Geezer Radio will leave you speechless. Cody was in complete shock when Geezer brought in his playlist and on said playlist had not one, but a pair of songs each by "The Boss" Bruce Springsteen and "The Piano Man" Billy Joel, two artists that the Geezer very rarely plays on Geezer Radio.
