Today we look once again at the question, "Why Interpret Literally"?

Have other prophecies in the Bible been fulfilled literally?

The most frightening one to me, to be fulfilled literally, is this:

"All who dwell on the earth will worship him...whose names are not written in the Book of life." (Rev 13:8)

Today we look at the question "Why Interpret Literally"?

Today we continue our study through 2 Corinthians.

We see that as usual, Christians are delivered over to death, just like our Lord.

2 Cor 4:8 "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; 10 always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. 11 For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12 So death is at work in us, but life in you."

Preached at Island Community Church on June 1st.

Taken from Acts 8:26, and Phillip the Evangelist, and his obedience to the Holy Spirit.

How to be better equipped to be the best evangelists that we can be.

What is God saying today to us?

"And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." (2 Cor 4:3-4, ESV)

Friends, the devil has blinded the minds of our family and friends! Tune in today for the WGOD Radio broadcast!

Just a quick update on some things going on with my ministry.

The Bible says that the "god of this world (age) has blinded the minds of all non-Jewish unbelievers. (2 Cor 4:4)

But why not the Jewish unbelievers?

Join us today for the WGOD Radio broadcast, and hear the answer to that question.

"Just as it is written: "God has given them a spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear, down to this very day." (Romans 11:8)
