Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we continue our study in Galatians 5, and we sum up the freedom we have in Christ--freedom from the bondage of the Old Testament law.

You have become estranged from Christ, you who are justified by law; you have fallen from grace. For we by the Spirit eagerly await for the hope of righteousness by faith. (Gal 5:4-5)

Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we see the Apostle Paul totally abolishing the Old Testament ceremonial law, and replaces it with the death of Jesus Christ on the cross, and He being made a curse for us. Join us!

Gal 5:2-4 "Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing. (3) And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law. (4) You have become estranged from Christ, you who are justified by law; you have fallen from grace."

"Stand fast therefore in the freedom in which Christ has made us free, and do not be loaded down again with a yoke of bondage." (Galatians 5:1)

Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we look once again at freedom versus bondage (Law).

"Tell me, you who wish to be under the law, do you not hear the law?" (Gal 4:21)

Once again we find the Apostle Paul showing us the purpose of the Law, and the reminder that we, believers in Christ, are no longer under that Law! Join us today for the Gospelstudy podcast!

Jesus said, "It was the same as happened in the days of Lot: they were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building; (29) but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:28-29).

Today on the Gospelstudy podcast, we go back to Genesis 19, and we discover what the real sin was in Sodom, which caused God to destroy the city, and just about all of its inhabitants: Homosexuals.

Jesus said that just as it was in the days of Lot, so will it be when He returns.

How was it in the days of Lot? The town was overrun by homosexuals, who bullied the righteous Lot, and told him to stop judging them. Sounds alot like today.
