Preached at ICC on July 9th.

Taken from Romans chapter 9. Today we'll find out how to get the victory over sin and its power!

Join us!

"Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God." (James 4:4)

The Bible says that--not me.

Which one are you?

Part 2 of 3.

Which one are you? (You can't be both)

15 "Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 Because everything that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world." (1 John 2:15-16)

Taken from James chapter 4.

Are you a friend of God's, or a friend of the world's?

Because you can't be both.

Part 1 of 3

Preached at ICC on July 2nd.

Taken from Romans chapter 6. Today we look at slavery in the Bible, as well as wrapping up chapter 6, which concludes with, "The wages of sin is death, BUT, the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord."

Preached at ICC on June 18th.

Taken from Romans 5-6, we look at the famous statement by Paul: Shall we continue to sin, so that grace may abound? God Forbid!

Also, we're going to look at this notion of "the age of accountability."

"Thus also that faith, if it does not have works, is dead, being by itself. 18 But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by means of my works." (James 2:17-18)

Faith without works is dead!

Part 4 of 4

James called faith without works dead. The King James Version called it being "alone," like on a desert island.

Is your faith accompanied by works??

Part 3 of 4

Taken from James chapter 2--faith, if its not accompanied by works, is dead, or useless.

Part 2 of 4

Taken from James chapter 2.

For the next few weeks, I will be posting the radio versions (15 min) of my Sunday sermons.

Today, "Faith without works is dead."
