From 2013-  Tim Federle talks about his novel for young readers "Better Nate than Never."   13-year-old Nate's biggest dream is to appear in a Broadway show.  The author actually performed in the Broadway production of GYPSY starring Bernadette Peters. 

Stephen Kurczy, author of 'The Quiet Zone: Unraveling the Mystery of a Town Suspended in Silence."   Kurczy spent considerable time in Green Bank, West Virginia - a community where it is against the law to have WiFi or smart phones (because of a nearby radio observatory.)  Kurczy wanted to investigate what it was like to live there- and whether or not the community was in fact the radio silence zone it was purported to be. 

Dr. Art Cyr offers commentary on several different current issues and concerns, beginning with the situation in Afghanistan.
