I'm so happy to be back and hope you guys are just as excited as I am. After a little break, and some well deserved relaxation - we are back with more REAL and deep topics to talk about. Today, I got into the subject of heartbreak. I dove into how I was able to heal my own heart and the emphasis on taking time to yourself to rebuild who you are after ending a relationship. Everyone's relationship is different, which means everyone's heartbreak will be different - but regardless, if you are going through a heartbreak, you are not alone. I love you all, enjoy.
