What a difference a week makes - The healing power of knowing yourself
Well, what can I say, what a difference a week makes. After last week's episode, I instantly noticed a difference in my sense of feeling lost and unmotivated. It was like the veil had been lifted.
This week I talked about that shift and I couldn't not mention my birthday away with the hubby and how I face my fears of canoeing.
I also talk about the healing power of nature and how having that space has allowed me to recognise that I have been massively missing my spiritual self, especially within my business.
The second half of the episode is about a realisation of how the word spiritual can cause me discomfort and how I found an alternative word that incorporates that of being a spiritual person.
I talk about how the spiritual connection is the starting place for true healing.
