Animal sits down with one of his oldest friends – Barry Darsow – better known to you as Smash from Demolition.

Just a few days before heading up north to Minneapolis for Super Bowl week, Animal and Joe sit down to look back at the 1991 Royal Rumble.  Names like Hogan, Undertaker, Hart, Henning, and more are in this 30 man Rumble match with Hawk and Animal.  Tune in and watch the main event with the guys and hear stories about the men involved, and what goes into booking a Rumble match.

Raw 25 is coming up this Monday, and the Legion of Doom had their moments on the WWE’s flagship show over those years.  Animal talks about their debut and the feuds it led to, along with a few other moments they appeared on the show.  You’ll hear what Raw was like back in 1997 as it underwent a makeover, and what life was like backstage during a Monday night.

The boys go back in time to 2001 this week to talk about some of WCW’s final days as they talk about the Sin PPV.

Joe was the Mystery Man in the main event and discusses what led to him joining WCW, what happened when Sid broke his leg and tells stories of many others on the roster during this time in wrestling history.

Joe and Joe come to you from a Red Roof Inn in Rockford, Illinois this week as Animal is making some appearances and Joe just happens to be visiting family.  The guys open by talking about wrestling on Christmas Day and then Animal talks about working with the Great Kabuki, who wrestled his final match after 53 years.  The guys are then joined by WWE Hall of Famer, Charles Wright, aka The Godfather, aka Papa Shango, aka Kama Mustafa.  Joe and Charles talk about their friendship that started in the 1990s and the journeys it has taken them on.  Including stories about The Rock and The Undertaker.   Charles also discusses a few of his other business ventures outside of the wrestling ring, and how one of them is helping him drop some weight and get back into great shape.

This week on the What A Rush Podcast, Joe Laurinaitis and Joe Roderick chat with the Million Dollar Man, Ted DiBiase.  Ted’s movie, The Price of Fame will be available on Amazon on December 22nd.  Along with promoting the movie that Ted worked on with Ted Jr, the Million Dollar Man also talks with Animal about the first time they met and Ted’s initial thoughts of the Road Warriors and how their careers often times crossed in various territories and companies.  The 2 WWE Hall of Famers also talked about what it was like to wrestle Hulk Hogan and discuss the importance of family and faith.   Joe also tells a story of a rib Curt Henning pulled on Ted 25 years ago that Ted never knew.

In the debut episode of the What A Rush Podcast, Joe Laurinaitis (Road Warrior Animal) talks about what fans can expect from this new podcast.  Joe spent this past weekend in Winston Salem, North Carolina, so the guys talk about memories from the territory days of wrestling in the Carolinas.  Included are stories of Joe’s first match vs Rick Rude, a famous Road Warrior storyline, and a personal memory of Joe that occurred while he was in Greensboro.   Joe also talks briefly about the current product, and lets his UK fans know that he’ll be at the Wales Comic Con this weekend.
