I really don’t know how to title this in a fun way, but YEAH I’M TALKING ABOUT SHAME. It seems scary and kinda weird and vulnerable but I think it’s also very necessary. What is it? Who experienced it? What does this mean? I’m sharing what I’ve learned in addition to what I’ve read about it. Also I’d appreciate if someone listened to this because I thought I lost the entire recording and that was a lot but we’re bouncing back!
