I really don’t know how to title this in a fun way, but YEAH I’M TALKING ABOUT SHAME. It seems scary and kinda weird and vulnerable but I think it’s also very necessary. What is it? Who experienced it? What does this mean? I’m sharing what I’ve learned in addition to what I’ve read about it. Also I’d appreciate if someone listened to this because I thought I lost the entire recording and that was a lot but we’re bouncing back!

I like to think of grief as a transformer that shows up in different forms and changes you in many ways. I feel like they’re similar to the Transformers we all grew up loving that go from a giant robot to a car or something.
