It's a shame that there is any anti-semitism in the world. God chose the Jews as the way to bring the world the Law and ultimately His own Son. The whole world should be grateful for the Jewish nation and the Jewish people. And yet there is a difference between the spiritual and physical Israel. And in Romans nine - we'll see that not all Israel is Israel in God's Eyes.
