As Head of SW Engineering, I am sharing the story we lived at Roche Diagnostics on the transition to a more agile full-organization adopting SAFE at Portfolio level. A key aspect of our agile transformation has been based on turning our leadership around, understanding leaders and servants and guides, and people as the real engine of the organisation. With this, mindset change became a real challenge, and at the same time the key factor for driving it to the right direction. Learnings and tips are granted!
