I am delighted to have Kerstin Pilz on the show, a TED X speaker, published author and former academic with almost 20 years of university teaching experience.  A wellbeing coach who runs her own online business and writing retreats in Australia & Hoi An, Vietnam; Kerstin discusses some of the benefits of journaling or writing, …..as a form of research to tease out those things that will make your trip fantastic.
