Lisa's guest this week is Rishav Khanal, a best-selling author and founder of Compound Career. He helps college students and recent graduates develop the career readiness skills to break into competitive job and internship programs that have been rated extremely high for overall employee happiness. Rishav grew up in Nepal and moved to the US with his family in 2006. A graduate of Virginia Tech, Rishav now lives in the Chicago area where he plays a ton of tennis and drinks celery juice each morning!

Rishav brings his experience working at Under Armour and LinkedIn to ParentingAces to help us understand the unique challenges involved in transitioning from Athlete to Working Professional. Rishav has compiled his own experiences as well as that of other former athletes into the Compound Career online course.
