Timing is key to eating and drinking hard liquor, taking your vitamins and minerals. A few hard liquor drinks immediately before or after a meal - especially if you;re trying to be mindful to "eat good" can wreck havoc on your nutrients. Processed food is another casualty to be mindful of. Use the "Once-in-a-While" mindest eating chips, soda, cakes, cookines and the like.
