Personally I use:

Deadline Funnels - this takes away access to special deals and only gives people a limited time to watch the webinar.  (Yay real urgency.) 

Thrivecart - I have two verison of my product - one with a webinar only bonus & one for live launches / without the fast action bonus. I have Deadline funnel redirect the checkout pages for me. 

Leadpages - I use leadpages to create my "viewing" rooms - you can use their built in timer so restrict access you webinar without deadline funnels but you won't be able to add timers to your emails or block access to your special thrivecart checkout page. 

Vimeo - this is for video hosting I use to host my webinar video.
