Dr. Greg Hall discussed micronutrients which a recent study showed the Blacks have the highest deficiencies overall.  Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals that our bodies require in small amounts to function optimally. They play crucial roles in energy production, immune system support, bone health, and the regulation of numerous physiological processes, including blood pressure and blood sugar control. Without adequate intake of micronutrients, individuals may experience deficiencies that can lead to various health problems
