Jay Harris is a veteran property management attorney who provides wholistic legal and business counsel to rental housing and solutions providers. As general counsel to leading apartment industry vendors, he has led litigation, compliance, contracting, product, and sales/marketing functions. As regulatory counsel to the apartment and consumer reporting industries, he has advocated for favorable regulatory and legislative policy and translated complex rules for industry compliance. A Washington D.C. area native, he serves on the board of the Arlington (Va.) Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH).
