This doesn't invite them to feel safe and confident in our abilities to run our businesses.

I explore what are new beliefs to believe that make us feel happy to talk about our businesses. We feel confident with potential clients and sharing our passion for what we do. This attracts our people to us, and we make the money we want to make.
