Dude where's my gun, is what San Luis Obispo police chief was wondering when she forgot her gun in a El Pollo Loco bathroom. Anti-LGBTQ GOP politician gets exposed when his Grindr "ISO of Down and Dirty Guy" comes to light. Finally some racist officers are fired for making threats against AOC. A US Citizen plans to sue the feds for illegal detention after spending over 20 days in ICE custody. Oh and a woman gets arrested for grabbing her man's junk a little too hard. And of course as always Rapid Fire.

This week's podcast we go down south with a story from Alabama and stories two stories from Tennessee and ain't nothing good about any of them. Alabama anti-gay pastor is a diddler and many from his congregation still support him.  Over in Tennessee the governor keeps racism alive with  racist proclamations that are completely unnecessary and wrong, and a sex offending father that doesn't get the time he deserves.  Meanwhile in Duluth a lady tests the law by going topless. Back home in Oregon, a man in Gresham puts a whole other meaning into the term "cat burgle". While another man can't hold it long enough, and things get smelly. Another sad story of a black male killed for listening to rap music. And a not so nice church lady clearly doesn't understand "treat others as you would be treated".

Ok, so it's not like a special news stories for the 4th, it's just that we recorded it on the 4th. We make a it a quick one, three stories each and Rapid Fire. We discuss a rape case that the judge thinks the perp shouldn't be held accountable in the same way as others because "it wasn't traditional rape" and other nonsense reasons. We discuss the now not so secret Facebook Group that boarder patrol agents share racist, sexist, xenophobic memes, and comments. A local story in which man spreads his jiz on a woman at a Portland bookstore. A judge has to deal with people talking about her hair and how it's not "appropriate" for the bench, get over it people its just hair. A man is killed by ODOT mower when he was ran over while sleeping in a ditch along HWY 42. And finally Trump campaign using fake people to fake out voters.

First off sorry to say somehow our Rapid Fire segment of this episode is lost in cyberspace. But we still have some great stories for you in this episode. We discuss the sentencing of white supremacist terrorist that murdered Heather Heyer, and the way our justice seems to try and find reasons why white people shouldn't serve the time they deserve. A example of which comes in the story of a black pregnant woman from Alabama that was recently charged with manslaughter after being shot during a fight. The shooting ended in her fetus dying. We revisit the Kids for Cash judge case although the sentencing was back in 2011.  We support Megan Rapinoe with her decision to not "go to the fucking white house". We get real uncomfortable when Silvia brings a story about a daughter and dad that decide to hook up, (ewwww). David Hogg continues to be in the news, we talk about how the gun nuts continue to prove the point of needed gun control by making death threats against David.  In Europe a lady is kicked off the flight for nipping out. Don't go in the water.....SHARK ATTACK, and much more.

And the click bait got us...we didn't do our research and a fake "onion-style" story gets in, but we learn a bit about Silvia's grandpa's randy ways, so it was worth it.
