In this second segment of "I Didn't Know it was Love", Brother Derek discusses the importance of seeing others live out their faith in order to understand and follow it. He acknowledges that negative experiences with church people can be discouraging, but ultimately, if we truly want to know God, we have to take that first step and seek Him. Derek also emphasizes the importance of forgiveness and letting go of bitterness in order to have a strong relationship with God. They highlight the simplicity and power of God's commandments and urge listeners to trust in His ways rather than letting negative experiences drive them away from Him. Ultimately, Derek encourages a shift in perspective and a recognition that God is always drawing us closer to Him, even in our most difficult circumstances.
