Yosef Ngowe is a first-generation Uganda-American Division 1 Lacrosse athlete. Yosef dedicates Lacrosse to saving his life as he battled suicidal thoughts at a young age. Although lacrosse gave him an escape from the emotional turmoil, Yosef also faced adversity as an African-American athlete often dealing with racism. Yosef states that lacrosse not only taught him how to overcome adversity, but it gave him confidence to face it. Lacrosse further shined a light on Yosef's leadership qualities that has taken him to new heights as Vantage Sports Head of Marketing.
