Today I start with an exercise to help you learn what you are good at and what you might not be good at. I discuss how we come up with these lists and what these lists really mean. I also discuss how the people around us influence our thoughts about what gifts and talents we have. We have a huge influence on our children in helping them develop their own gifts. I also share a couple quotes from President Uchtdorf's talk from October general conference titled, "Do Your Part With All Your Heart."
