episode 13 of my podcast, What Chu Talkin Bout dealing with fact that haven't been in love with any one! and I'm ok with that!
(Cited on: https://brightside.me/inspiration-relationships/if-you-cant-fall-in-love-check-to-see-if-you-are-a-victim-of-counter-dependency-798652/)
As it turns out, 20% of single people have never actually fallen in love. It may not sound like a lot, but if you know 5 single people, you most likely know at least one such person. Some people “really don’t need romance,” just as they claim. But for others, this reasoning may stem deeper than just not having someone who’s good enough around.
Here at Bright Side, we learned about a very common but not so widely known condition that stops people from falling in love and building intimate relationships. And that’s what we want to tell you about today. Psychologists name various reasons for this. For example, you might have low self-esteem. In this case, you don’t believe that someone could ever love you, and it blocks you from loving someone as well. Another reason for this could be perfectionism. You might have an ideal picture in your head of what your partner should look like, and don’t give a person the chance because they don’t fit this image. Your high expectations prevent you from falling in love with those who “aren’t good enough.” But there’s something else you might suffer from without even realizing it. You might have a fear of intimacy, which is often referred to as “counter-dependency.”
Some signs of counter-dependency include: Having trouble getting close to people Pushing away people who try to get too close Getting anxious/escaping intimate relationships Constantly feeling afraid to make a mistake Trying hard to be perfect Refraining from asking for help from others Always keeping busy and not being able to do anything Counter-dependent people are generally those who escape intimacy and attachment. Such people are very reserved: they require a lot of personal space and don’t like anyone invading it because they’re afraid to show vulnerability or weakness. However, on the outside, they usually look “normal.” They appear to be confident, successful, and independent, and they try hard to look this way. They show that they don’t need anyone, even though this isn’t exactly true. On the inside, they’re very insecure, needy, and unsuccessful in their relationships.

If you heard of the image and relationship consultant in advising the modern woman in relationship advice! Here's my take on the man!
I’m saddened to find out that the former wrestler, “New Jack” AKA Jerome Young has died by heart attack! He had some issues involving his wrestling career but Jerome Young was a funny good dude and captivating a legion of fans that respected him for his honesty and take no crap attitude! My condolences to his family!
Jerome Young (January 3, 1963 – May 14, 2021) was an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name New Jack. He was best known for his time with Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), where he became notorious for his willingness to take dangerous bumps and his stiff hardcore wrestling style, often taking high risks and "shooting" on opponents, verbally or physically, including in the 1996 Mass Transit incident. He is also known for being the only wrestler to have had his entrance music ("Natural Born Killaz" by Ice Cube and Dr. Dre) play throughout his matches in ECW.
Jim Cornette and Vince Russo always had a beef of the different set of styles within pro wrestling/sport-entertainment so the contrast is night and day when it come to these two of individuals, I'm explaining the difference if these two men on how and why they can't stand each other or Jim can't stand Vince Russo!

Apple recently rolled out its highly anticipated App Tracking Transparency feature with iOS 14.5, which lets users decide whether apps track their activity for targeted advertising. Overwhelmingly, users seem happy to leave app tracking disabled. Just 4% of iPhone users in the U.S. have agreed to app tracking after updating their device, according to the latest data from Verizon-owned analytics firm Flurry.
Worldwide, that figure jumps to 12%, a healthy increase but one that still doesn’t spell great news for companies like Facebook that sell targeting to advertisers by hoovering up user data. With iOS 14.5, if a user has app tracking requests enabled, then whenever they download or update an app, it has to ask permission before it can track their activity. And it’s clear most users are saying: “Nah.”

Talking Points
Naughty Dog co-president Neil Druckmann has touched on possibly developing the third installment in The Last of Us franchise. In an episode of Script Apart as reported by IGN, the game’s co-director confirmed that a story outline was created but they are “not making” it as of writing. “I don’t know how much I want to reveal… [co-writer Halley Gross] and I did write an outline for a story, that we’re not making – but I hope one day can see the light of day – that explores a little bit what happens after this game. We’ll see,” he clarified.
Tributes keep rolling in for DMX as the hip hop community continues to mourn his tragic loss. On Sunday (May 2), X’s goddaughter actress Paige Hurd shared an emotional tribute on Instagram, where she posted the last photo she and the late rapper took together. In the caption, Hurd revealed the photo was taken one week before X’s hospitalization.
Clubhouse—the company that was making headlines just a few months back for drawing major celebrities (and Elon Musk)—seems to have reached a tipping point. In April, the app reached a grand total of 922,000 downloads, new research found, a sharp downturn after bringing in millions of new users just a month earlier.
A Black man who was enslaved by a restaurant manager from 2009 to 2014 should have been paid more money after his captor pleaded guilty, according to a South Carolina appeals court. In 2019, John "Jack" Christopher Smith was awarded $272,952.96 in restitution, representing minimum wage and overtime he was not rightfully paid while working at J&J Cafeteria in Conway, South Carolina.

PlayStation Plus subscribers will get access to three games in May: Electronic Arts’ Battlefield 5, Bugbear Entertainment’s Wreckfest, and Beam Team Games’ Stranded Deep. Sony Interactive Entertainment announced Wednesday that the trio of PS Plus freebies will be available to download from May 4 to May 31.
Battlefield 5 is developer DICE’s return to the World War II era of shooters. First released in 2018, the PlayStation 4 game was supported through 2020 with a series of updates, including the addition of Battlefield’s foray into battle royale gameplay, Firestorm. DICE and publisher EA recently teased the impending reveal of Battlefield 6 (or whatever they may call it), which is slated for release later this year.
Wreckfest is Bugbear’s fantastic demolition derby racing game, and one of our favorites on Xbox Game Pass — so it’s a nice PlayStation Plus bonus. It came to PS4 in 2019, one year after its original release on PC. However, only PlayStation 5 owners will get Wreckfest as part of May’s PS Plus offerings.
Stranded Deep for PS4 puts players in the role of a plane crash survivor, who must fend for themselves on the open seas, managing their thirst, hunger, and exposure to the environment to survive. There’s also sharks.
April’s PlayStation Plus games (Oddworld: Soulstorm, Days Gone, and Zombie Army 4: Dead War) are still available to download through Monday, May 3.
